| 摘 要： | 建设生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主的社会主义新农村的本质是通过促进农村物质文明、精神文明、政治文明、生态文明的和谐发展,更好地探索加快解决“三农”问题的发展战略,实现社会主义社会的和谐发展。“和谐”在内涵上包括人与自然的和谐、人与自身的和谐、人与人的和谐、人与社会的和谐。而创建生态文明村正是落实党的建设社会主义新农村政策的重大探索,也是农村发展史上的重大创举,是建设社会主社会主义和谐社会在农村中的具体体现。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the socialist new countryside are high production,rich life,civilized spirit,tidy surrounding and democratic administration,the essence of which is to accelerate the development of the physical civilization,spiritual civilization,political civilization and ecological civilization,and try to find out the solution to the "three agricultural problems",and at last,realize the harmonious development of the whole society.Harmony contains such three aspects as harmony between human beings and nature,harmony between human beings and harmony between human beings and society.The construction of the ecological and civilized villages is to carry out the policy of the building socialist new countrysideof CCP,which is also the landmark of the development history of countryside.In a word,an ecological and civilized villages is the concrete embodiment of the policy of socialist harmonious society in China. |
