| Abstract: | The report Of the 16th Conference set a clear goal for building a confortably-off society,that iS to raise the moral standward,the cultural and scientific level and the physical condition of the whole nation.The report enriched the theory of Deng Xiao Ping and opened a new horizon on thetheory of Marxism.There is a inner link between the two theories.They are dialectical unity.In the building of a confortably-off society,we must foster the new people who are fit the reform and opening policy and the construction of modernization,in order to promote the full development of man. |
