| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才是高等教育的重大责任，也是实施“大城市带大农村”战略的重要支撑。在明确高等教育在“大城市带大农村”中优先发展地位的基础上，分析了高等教育在提高农民科技文化素质、培养新型农民、提供人才资源、保障可持续发展等方面的重要作用，并提出根据我国农村的实际情况，优化教育结构。
