坚持马克思主义与中国民族实际相结合

中国共产党将马克思主义与中国实际相结合，走出了一条有中国特色的成功解决民族问题的道路。斯大林的民族定义曾受到列宁的称赞，他集中概括了马克思、恩格斯、列宁关于民族特征的论述，形成了完整的民族定义，是马克思主义的普遍原理。中国共产党创建的民族理论，是马克思、列宁主义的普遍真理同中国革命的具体实践相结合的产物，并不是对前苏联民族理论、制度和政策的“全盘接受”。至于历史上的民族关系，本质上是政治关系。当然，在政治关系中包含有文化关系，但那是从属于政治的。

Stick to Integration of Marxism with Practical Situation of Nationalities in China

The CPC initiated a successful way of solving the issue of nationalities with Chinese characteristics by integrating Marxism with the practical situation of China. The definition of ＇nationalities＇ proposed by Stalin was praised by Marx owing to the fact that it collectively outlined the peculiar characteristics of nationalities proposed by Marx, Engels and Lenin, forming a thorough definition of nationalities and it became the universal principle of Marxism. The theory of nationalities formed by CPC, is the integration of the universal principles of Marxism, Leninism with the concrete practice of revolution in China, rather than a ＇complete acceptance＇ of nationality theory, system and policy from the former Soviet Union. As to the relationships between different nationalities, they are political relationships in essence. Of course, political relationships consist of cultural relationship. But it is affiliated to political relationships.
