| 摘 要： | 企业制度不仅代表了内部利益相关者之间的博弈均衡,而且还是外部制度环境尤其是信用环境选择的结果.因此,一方面,肯定家族制企业的存在有其客观的依据和积极的意义;另一方面,还需要不断优化信用环境来逐步提升家族制企业的境界.
