北宁战前清军备战内幕

在中法战争有名的北宁大战爆发之前 ,北宁防军收编散兵游勇以扩充兵　　　源 ,筑炮台 ,塞河道 ,挖地营、地牢 ,并与越军一起把守关卡 ,夜袭法军工事 ,为战斗的打开作了相应的准备。尽管这些战备有许多不足 ,但不可一笔勾销 ,亦不可说守军败北是打无准备之仗的结果

Secrets of the Qing Army's War Preparations Prior to Beining War

Before the outbreak of the noted Beining War between China and France,defense army at Beining conducted incorporations,arms expansion,cannon built-in fortifications,river course barricades and put up bunkers and dungeons,enforced blockade with Vietnamese soldiers and nightattacked the French military defences,which is considered the preparation for the war.The defeat of defense army should not be attributed to the unpremeditated war,which is not erasable from the history.
