| 摘 要： | 在分析中原城市群城市水务产业管理现状的基础上,对中原城市群城市水务产业投资渠道和结构进行了分析研究,其中包括政府投资、债券投资、股票融资、国外和民间投资等;对中原城市群建设中存在的问题进行了剖析;指出了中原城市群供水企业普遍亏损的主要原因;提出了中原城市群水务产业化改革发展对策。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the present situation of city water supplies management in the urban clusters of Central Plains,the paper analyzes the investment channel and structure of city water supplies industry including government investment,the investment in bond,stock financing,foreign capital and private investment and so on.It then analyzes the problems existing in constructing urban clusters in Central Plains and points out the major causes for the universal loss of city water supplies enterprises there and advances some countermeasures for the industralized reform of water supplies in these urban clusters. |
