| 摘 要： | 针对知识经济时代的到来和现代科学信息技术在图书馆的广泛应用,阐述了高校图书馆管理模式进行创新的必要性和紧迫性,指出了高校图书馆应从人本管理、知识管理和质量管理三个方面实现管理创新,提出了基于人本管理、知识管理和质量管理的高校图书馆管理的新理念。

| Abstract: | In view of the arrival of knowledge economy era and the widespread utilization of modern scientific information technology,the article explains the necessity of the management innovation of college's library.college's library should adopt humanist management,comprehensive knowledge management and quality management.the article constructs a set of college's library managerial modes meanwhile the article points out college library should stick to humanism,comprehensive knowledge management and quality management. |
