| 摘 要： | 1965至1980年,在毛泽东“一定要根治海河”的号召下,河北开展了规模宏大的根治海河运动。根治海河表现出明显的特点:工程浩大、持续时间长、大兵团作战、军事化指挥机构、民工的军事化管理等。作为一场大规模的群众性治水运动,其经验教训弥足珍贵,影响深远。

| Abstract: | With the call of "Resolutely bring Haihe River under permanent control', put forward by Mao Zedong, Hebei Provincestarted a comprehensiveharnessing of Haihe River from 1965 to 1980. Thismovement demonstrated several obvious features: it was an enormous project and lasted for a lengthy period; it involved a multitude of participants in the militarized administration, under the guidance of a military-like superinten- dance. Asa large-scaled mass river-harnessing movement, we can learn some precious and profound experience from its deep-going lessons. |
