| 摘 要： | 通过随机抽样的方法对西安市市内六区农民工的社会养老保险状况进行了调查评析，发现由于权益意识、收入水平及工作岗位流动性的限制．农民工对社会养老保险并无太大需求等问题。并建议从加快制度改革、加强宣传教育、规范企业用工制度等方面构建农民工参加社会养老保险的制度保障。

| Abstract: | Though the random sampling method, the article surveys and analyzes the conditions of the social endowment insurance of the rural-urban migrants in Xi ＇an. We find out that because of the limitation of the thoughts of the right.the levels of income and the shift of the jobs, the rural-urban migrants do not need the social endowment insurance very much; and it is advised that a system insurance should be set up by enhancing the system reformation.the teaching and establishing the labor contract system in firms, |
