| 摘 要： | 客观评价区域创新系统的创新绩效是制定区域创新政策的前提。本文运用DEA方法分析我国各地区创新系统的特点,并对各系统的创新绩效进行了评价。根据各创新系统的特点和创新绩效,将我国各地区的区域创新系统进行分类。针对每一类创新系统,提出了制定区域创新政策的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of DEA,this paper analyses the performance of the regional innovation systems of our country. According to the characteristics of the concerned innovation system,the regional innovation systems are classified. We give the different suggestions about how to improve the innovating performance for the different categories of regional innovation systems. |
