企业可以通过对技术创新的成功管理来营造竞争优势 ,是因为企业技术创新不仅是技术的价值追加过程 ,技术创新更深层次的作用在于对企业现有资源、能力、知识和战略方面的影响。然而 ,以技术创新为导向的能力基础战略与传统企业战略存在很大差异 ,它更多强调的是企业形态变化过程中所要做到的技术、竞争、需求、资源和组织适应 ,因此 ,应该把创新资源积蓄、创新目标选择和技术创新组织作为企业技术创新管理的战略重点

Research on technology innovation strategy in enterprises -Based on the exploration and enlightenment of the theory of enterprise competence

Because of the value|adding process created by technology innovation, as well as its positive influences on the current resources, competences, knowledge, and strategy of the enterprises, more and more companies have realized that successfully managing technology innovation is inevitable to achieve the permanent competitive advantages. However, there is a great gap between the traditional enterprises strategies and the fundamental strategies of the technology innovation|oriented competence, which put more emphasis on the technology, competence, requirements, resources and the adaptabilities to the organizations. Therefore, the technoogy innovation management should focus on three main aspects: innovation resources accumulation, selection of innovation goals and technology innovation organizations.
