建立高校网络舆情快速响应机制的探究

高校网络舆情内容的多元性与分散性、突发性、创造和参与主体的特殊性、感性化和易控制等特点与目前迟缓的落后的响应机制的突出矛盾，给高校思想政治教育带来了挑战，不利于大学生正确世界观、人生观和价值观的形成。在坚持正确导向，用先进思想与文化占领高校网络的指导思想下，运用创新手段，统一协调校内各种资源，提出了层级监控报送体系、快速应急联动机制和线下沟通疏导教育的三位一体的网络舆情快速响应机制的实施方案。这对加强网络队伍建设，巩固校内多部门联合，提高思政教育及时性以及促进大学生的自我教育均具有重大意义。

A Study on the Rapid Response Mechanism of Online Public Opinion in Colleges and Universities

The online public opinions on university campus are characterized by diverse and dispersive content, sudden and individual participation, sensitive, impressionable and vulnerable young participants, and chanllenge the current slow response mechanism, thus crucial for the ideological and political education to college students with proper social values., In this paper, it is proposed that a rapid response mechanism should be implemented with a three-level monitoring system rapid emergent response, and prompt communication and counseling under the guidance of advanced culture and correct ideaology.It is of great significance to strengthen the network team, consolidate the multi-sectoral co-work, update Ideological and political education, and promote self-education of correct social values among college students.
