| 摘 要： | 在经济法体系中,产业法应居于主导地位。通过经济法的历史逻辑可以演绎出产业法的初始推动力;从规范特性中又可以解析出产业法对经济法基本理念的集中体现;面向WTO的中国经济法体系完善应当明确产业法的主导地位,以利于厘清经济法与相关法律部门的界限,促进经济法规范体系的互动和谐,从而实现经济法理论和实践的繁荣和发展。

| Abstract: | In the economic law system, industrial law should take the leading position. The initial motive force of industrial law can be deduced through the historical logic of economic law. And the centralized expression of the basic idea of economic law can be analyzed through the normalization of characteristics. Facing WTO, the perfection of China's economic system should make it clear the leading position of industrial law so as to clarify the dividing line between economic law and the relevant law departments, to promote the interaction and harmony of the norm system of economic law, and therefrom, to prosper and develop the theory and the practice of economic law. |
