| 摘 要： | 重视政治环境的建设与完善是实施“以德治国”的内在要求。重视政治环境建设,要完善民主制度,加强宪政建设。扩大基层民主,提高政治参与程度。落实制度反腐,完善廉体制度。加大反腐力度,坚决消除腐败。从严治党,形成道德示范群体。从严治政,加强行政伦理建设。

| Abstract: | Paying great attention to the political environment construction and improvment is the request of "Running a Country with Morality".So we must perfect democracy system and strengthen constitutional government,and enlarge the basic-level democracy and having a hand in politics.We must also perfect the system of the honest and clean government,defuse the corrupt.We must dminister the Party and the government strictly,set the example of morality and enhance the ethics of administration. |
