改革开放以来民族精神弘扬的制度化建构

党和政府高度重视民族精神在中华民族崛起中的地位和作用，曾采取多种方式弘扬中华民族精神，而制度化建构就是其中的重要方面。文章从国家制度视角论述了改革开放30年来民族精神弘扬的制度化建构及其必要性，概括了民族精神弘扬的制度化建构的基本特点，进而从新时期弘扬民族精神的实践上总结了其制度化建构所具有的重要意义和基本经验。

Systematic Construction of Carrying forward National Spirit since the Reform and Opening Up

Communist Party of China and the Chinese Government attach great importance to the national spirit in rising the status and role of the Chinese nation, adopting various ways of carrying forward the Chinese nation. The systematic construction is an important aspect. This paper elaborated the necessity of the systematic construction of carrying forward the national spirit since the reform and opening up from the national system angle, generalized the fundamental characteristics of the systematic construction, and briefly summarized the importance and fundamental experiences of the systematic construction on the practice that the national spirit develops and expands during the new period.
