| Abstract: | The paper discusses the problems of foreign periodical resource construction in college libraries after WTO.The prices of foreign periodicals have been increasing greatly, but funds are short so that the number of different foreign periodicals decreases rapidly. Faced with these problems, college libraries should change the conceptions of foreign periodical resource construction. |
