| 摘 要： | 民本思想是我国历史上极为重要的政治思想,在我国社会发展的进程中,有着不同的理论表现.在新时期民本思想有了进一步发展,并要求一种新的社会治理模式--服务型政府与之相匹配.这种以民本思想指导下建立起来的服务型政府有其特有的内涵和要素.
