| 摘 要： | 实验中心建设与管理对高校的人才培养、学科建设和科学研究都具有非常重要的作用。原实验室建设主要存在三个方面的问题：管理方式是各自为政；实验用房分配不合理；实验设备维修维护不够，这些问题严重影响了实验室的投资效益与实验教学质量的提高。实验中心根据所开实验内容的需求配置相应的实验设备，培养一支高水平的实验技术人员队伍，完善的实验室管理质量体系。文章介绍了创建东华理工大学实验教学中心的经验。从实验教学中心建设理念、资源重组优化配置、新课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、管理体制和运行机制等几方面探索了实验教学中心创建的理论与实践。
