| 摘 要： | 延安得天独厚的历史条件和延安精神的博大精深，使许多干部培训和实践教学活动都在延安进行。原有的、传统的室内教学方式很难达到应有的效果，而现场教学则弥补这一不足。现场教学正在不断运用于延安精神的传播殿堂，选择适当的教学内容和与其相适应的教学地点，设计完整的教学环节，才能在延安精神的传播过程中发挥其作用。

| Abstract: | The Profound historical conditions and spirit make Yan＇an a professional learning base which provides in -service training for cadre project and practical teaching activities. The Traditional indoor teaching couldn＇t achieve the desired functional use. In order to make up the teaching shortfall, wide -spread awareness of the on - site teaching are continuously performed. Selecting appropriate teaching contents to adapt the corresponding locations, planning a complete course design could play a useful role in propagating the spirit of Yan＇an. |
