我国城市流浪儿童救助方式转换研究

流浪儿童救助机制要取得长期有效的救助效果,必须从关注流浪儿童的根本需求出发,在保障流浪儿童的基本需求的基础上,结合其他相关政府部门与社会团体、人民群众的支持和帮助。从个别到一般,逐步深入地解决城市流浪儿童问题,使救助机构的工作方式形成良性有效的循环,不管在预防流浪儿童出现阶段还是救助流浪儿童阶段都能够较好地协调、解决流浪儿童问题。

Study of the change of urban waif help methods in China

In order to get effective progress in waif help mechanism,the basic requirement of waifs must be paid attention to and be guaranteed and the help from the related departments,social organizations and masses is needed.From single waif to waifs,the problems of urban waifs should be gradually and harmoniously solved to make good circulation of help work of help institutions in prevention stage of waif emergence or in help stage.
