| 摘 要： | 中国实施中部崛起战略,将湖北省界定为促进中部地区崛起的重要战略支点,是落实科学发展观、统筹区域发展、建设和谐社会、实现共同富裕的一项重要战略举措。湖北省的资源环境状况能否成为构建中部地区崛起的重要战略支点,需要注重对资源环境政策的研究。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the rising of Central China,of which Hubei Province is defined as strategic stronghold,is an important strategic initiative to implement the scientific concept of development,build a harmonious society and realize the common prosperity.Whether the resources and environmental state of Hubei Province can support this important strategic stronghold needs to be studied with the focus on the resources and environmental policy. |
