| 摘 要： | 偏离-份额分析法分析显示:洛阳制造业中居于前10位的行业1997-2003年间的发展大大低于全国平均水平,主要原因是专用设备制造业、交通运输设备制造业、普通机械制造业和食品加工业竞争力严重下降;推行体制改革和人才战略是提升这些产业竞争力的关键。

| Abstract: | During 1997 and 2003 the first ten industries of Luoyang manufacturing industry developed much more slowly than average level of our country. The important reason is that the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing, transportation equipment manufacturing, common mechanism manufacturing and food processing weakened sharply. System reforming and tactic of person with ability is the key to strengthen the competitiveness of these manufacturing industries. |
