| 摘 要： | 该文从社会资本理论视野和逢源街安老服务的实践个案来探讨中国城市社区建设可持续性的机制。逢源街安老服务的实践个案显示：中国社区建设的关键在于帮助居民重建非亲缘性的社会关系网络，使居民能够按照自己的需求和参与的能力获得资源，社区建设才能够具有持久动力。

| Abstract: | from the perspective of social capital and based on the case study of the community service for the elderly in fengyuan street, guangzhou city, this paper discusses the continuity of community development in chinese cities. it points out that the key to community development in chinese cities lies in the assistance of reconstruction of a non-kinship social network for the residents, which enables them to gain the resources they need. |
