企业技术创新与传播路径的演化分析

演化经济学将技术创新及其传播看作是社会经济现象发展变化的根本动力,技术创新的过程并不是简单的增加研究与开发投资的结果,在很多产业,新技术的产生和传播是＂干中学＂的结果。＂干中学＂强调的是个体经验的积累、技能的提升以及意会性知识的运用。经济行为主体的不同理性运用程度和不同的学习能力对技术创新与传播的影响是不同的,因而决定了技术创新的路径依赖。路径依赖的概念对新技术创新的成功与失败和技术创新多种可能结果的解释更为合理。利用技术创新路径演化原理对于制定创新政策具有重大的现实意义,通过完善市场制度,使之成为一个从事技术创新的孵化器,将进一步推动企业的技术创新与传播,促进经济的持续增长。

The Evolutionary Analysis of the Path of Enterprise's Technological Innovation and Spread

Evolutionary economics regards technological innovation and its spread as the radical motive force of the development of social economy.Technological innovation and its spread are not only simple re-sults of increasing RD investment,in many industries they are also the results of ＂learning by doing＂.＂Learning by doing＂ stresses the accumulation of personal experience,the improvement of personal skills and the employment of tacit knowledge.The different extents of rational use of economic entity and its different a-bilities to learn,have different effects on technological innovation and its spread,which determines the tech-nological path dependence.The concept of path dependence can explain reasonably the success and failure of adopting the new technological innovation.The theory of technological path dependence is of great signifi-cance in the making of innovation policies.
