企业集群:一个提升中小企业国际竞争力的途径

现阶段我国多重生产力的经济结构决定了必须同时注重大中小企业的协调发展。中国中小企业从企业总量和所容纳的就业人数来看 ,在中国的经济生活中占有十分重要的地位。经过 2 0多年的发展 ,以中小企业为核心的企业集群对当地经济发展的促进作用 ,已是不争的事实。该文在对中小企业及其国际竞争力进行概述后 ,论述了企业集群的一般概念和理论 ,对企业集群与中小企业国际竞争力的互动进行了理论分析。最后 ,分析了中国企业集群的现状和企业集群与中小企业互动所面临的问题 ,提出了政府治理集群的公共政策。

Enterprise Cluster:An Approach To Improve Competition Power of Middle & Small Enterprises In International Market

At present, the economic structure of various productive forces in our country emphasizes coordinative development of middle and small enterprises. In quantity and employment, middle and small enterprises hold a key position in China's economic development. After the development in the past two decades, the enterprise clusters, with middle and small enterprises as its core, have been playing an important role in local economy. This paper first introduces the concept and theory on enterprise clusters. By analyzing the relation between enterprises clusters and the international competitive power, it studies the status quo of enterprise clusters in China and puts forth some proposals about public policy.
