高等职业技术学院学生心理素质调查研究

高职学生心理素质与本科大学生相比有其特殊性。通过对高职学生心理素质状况的调查研究,发现其心理特点为:既热情活泼又忧虑自卑,情绪易波动、稳定性较差;憧憬向往未来,又深受过去失败经历的影响;积极进取,富有竞争意识,但不希望别人比自己强;有一定的挫折承受能力,但对一些挫折仍耿耿于怀;不迷信权威,有一定的创造性,但缺乏好奇心与鲜明的创造个性。影响高职学生心理素质的主要因素有社会的发展变化,学校、家庭环境和学生自身的因素。应通过加强学生心理素质教育、营造良好心理素质教育的校园环境、培养学生自我成长能力等策略优化高职学生的心理素质。

A Study into Mental Qualities of Vocational College Students

Compared with students of common colleges and universities,students studying in vocational colleges have their own particular mental qualities.The paper conducted a survey and discovers the mental qualities of vocational college students as follows: they are enthusiastic,lively but depressed,self-abased,and unstable in emotion;they long for future but are deeply influenced by their past failure;they are ambitious and have the awareness of competition but are afraid of being surpassed;they can endure some frustrations but not get out of some of their past failures;and they are creative to some extent but lack curiosity and unique creative personality.The above-mentioned mental qualities are formed by the social changes,environment of school and family,and the individual factors of student.Accordingly,more attention should be paid to psychology education,a sound school environment of psychology education should be created,and students' ability of self-development should be cultivated.
