西部地方高校师资队伍建设面临的问题及对策——基于对X大学的研究

地方高校是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分，但师资队伍薄弱制约了地方高等学校的可持续发展。通过对X大学师资队伍的数量、质量和结构等现状及高水平教学科研平台缺失、地域优势缺失、成长环境比较差、投入优势不足等成因进行分析研究，认为西部地方高校应制定科学的师资队伍建设规划，加大高层次人才引进和培养力度，构建高水平教学科研平台，努力改善教职工教学、科研条件，为人才成长营造良好的环境。
