关于充分就业研究的几个问题

充分就业是当今世界面临的一个突出问题。各国政府普遍把促进就业作为社会经济发展的基本目标。我国人口众多 ,劳动力资源丰富 ,供大于求的矛盾十分尖锐。因此 ,解决好就业问题是当今中国面临的“第二号任务”。本文通过对经济增长、劳动力市场、制度变迁等因素与充分就业的关系进行研究 ,为充分就业目标的实现提供了依据。

On Some Respects of Full Employment Research

Full employment is a major issue that modern world has to face.The governments of all countries take it as the basic goal of national social and economic development.China is a large country as population is concerned.As a result,Chinese government lists the problem of full employment as the "Number Two Task" of China.By analyzing the relationship between full employment and such factors as economic growth,labor market,human capital investment,institutional changes,agricultural labor transference,science and technology progress,foreign trade and small scale enterprises development,this paper presents the theoretical basis for realizing full employment in China.
