| 摘 要： | 分析了加入WTO后我国钢铁工业面临的机遇和挑战,中国钢铁行业将处于前所未有的市场竞争中.阐述了我国钢铁工业战略调整的主要内容:产品结构调整;工艺技术装备结构调整;组织结构调整;工业布局调整;加快实施钢铁工业走出去战略;发挥政府宏观调控职能,组建具有国际竞争力的大型企业集团.

| Abstract: | Analyzes the opportunities and challenges to China's steel industry after joining WTO, which has faced with unprecedented market competition. Proposes the strategic adjustments required for China's steel industry, including product mix, process technologies and equipment, organizational resources and industrial layout. It is emphasized that the enforcement of the policy to opening to the outside world should be expedited in China's steel industry, the governmental macrocontrol function should be performed further and the large-scale grouprization of iron and steel companies should be organized quickly with international competitive power. |
