| 摘 要： | 文章针对重庆普通高校师资队伍人才结构中专任教师总量相对不足、学历层次不高、高层次创造性人才队伍薄弱、整体学历层次不高、高级职称比重偏低、教师队伍过于年轻化等问题,认为应以科学发展观和系统理论为指导,统筹高校师资队伍的数量与质量、使用与评价、培训与提高等三大关系,从而推动高校师资人才队伍建设.

| Abstract: | Chongqing university teaching staff in the personnel structure is relatively less than the total full-time teachers,educational level is not high,high-level creative talent is weak,the overall educational level is not high,the proportion of high-level titles low,teachers are too young,and so on.Guided by the concept of scientific development and systems theory,the relationship between the quantity and quality and the use and evaluation,training and to enhance teachers of colleges and universities. |
