| 摘 要： | 师资人才资源管理创新是高校造就培养出创新型师资人才的基础。创新型人才的基本特点,要求高校只有从"知识经济"的理念出发,使人事管理的方式发生根本变革,才能真正体现高技术知识是第一生产力,高技术人才是第一资本,造就出创新型人才领军的师资队伍。
