| 摘 要： | 为了能更好地贯彻篮管中心李元伟主任在全国篮球工作会议上的讲话精神,本文仅从篮球观念、篮球工作开展的行为模式及以上内容的外在表现三个方面探讨如何构建我国新时期下的篮球文化,希望能为新时期的我国篮球文化构建提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | In order to implement the spirit of speech which Li Yuanwei, the Director of the Chinese Basketball Association, made in the national basketball working conference, this paper discusses how to construct the basketball culture in the new period of our country from three aspects of the basketball viewpoint, the behavior pattern of the basketball work development and the external characters of the above content, and hope to provide the certain reference for the building of our country's basketball culture in new period. |
