医院人文管理与文化创设

摘    要:现代医院管理应当顺应管理科学发展趋势,坚持以人为本,重视开发和利用医院的人文资源,实行更符合人的特点和人性要求的人文管理。由于人是文化的产物,在人文管理中必须依据文化理念和机制,达到医院管理活动中内在的协调与和谐。要在把握医院人文管理内在要求基础上进行医院文化的反思和创新,努力构建发展战略支持型的医院文化。

Abstract:Modern hospital management, adjusting to the tendency of science of management, should pay more attention to exploitation and utilization of hum an resources in hospital, and implement humanized management which is in line wi th human characteristic and meets needs of humanity. Human is the product of cul tures. Thus, humanized management must contain some culture theory and mechanism to reach internal collaboration and harmony in hospital management activities. During the establishment process, hospital culture should be conscientiously med itated, frequently innovated and generally shared.
