| 摘 要： | 陕西农村劳动力转移就业过程中面临诸多困境,表现为整体文化素质低专业技能欠缺,转移流动就业投资成本过高,乡镇企业少、规模小吸纳劳动力有限,外出转移就业的合法权益难以保障。为此,必须提高农村劳动力自身素质,消除歧视实现就业市场的城乡一体化,大力发展乡镇企业和中小企业,打造知名＂劳务品牌＂,开发利用旅游资源。
