| 摘 要： | 公司治理在不同国家不同时期具有多种治理结构和多种不同的治理模式。文章概述西方公司治理结构的界说与公司治理理论背景,在分析网络导向型与市场导向型治理模式及其争论的基础上,提出市场经济体制下的我国公司治理结构与模式选择与启示。
