| Abstract: | The author holds that the full development of human talent is the ultimate aim of human cultivation, a measure of societal progress and a process that moves eternally forward towards fulfillment, and that, to achieve the purpose, efforts should be made in the promotion of productivity, encouragement of renovation, introduction of advanced cultural values and construction of an ideal cultural ecology. |
