| 摘 要： | 北京生产性服务业包括金融服务、信息服务、科技服务、商务服务和流通服务业等五大行业,其区位商值都很高,具有很强的辐射力。北京生产性服务业尽管取得了长足发展,但也存在诸多问题。在首都经济定位中,应将生产性服务业作为重中之重,并将市外市场作为主要目标。北京生产性服务业总的定位应发展为引领全国生产性服务业创新中心,立足中国,辐射亚洲。应把北京的生产性服务业作为环渤海地区区域经济一体化的动力机制。各生产性服务行业都有不同的功能和空间定位。
