| 摘 要： | 本文基于社会文化理论，采用定性研究的方法，探讨了中外教师合作教学对教师专业发展的影响。研究结果表明，中外教师合作教学能促进教师教学水平以及协作能力的提高，对英语教师专业发展起到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The current qualitative research,based on sociocultural theory,explores the impact of co-teaching between local and native English teachers on teachers' professional development.It follows that co-teaching between local and native English teachers plays a positive role in teachers' professional development in terms of teaching skills and team spirit. |
