未成年犯社区矫正的社会调查制度

在深入多个司法所实证调研，阅读大量文献资料，比较考察全国各地社区矫正工作模式的基础上，分析了我国未成年犯社区矫正中社会调查的现状。我国未成年犯社区矫正中的社会调查人员的素质有待提高，调查结果的准确性有待提升，缺少社会的理解和支持。提出完善入矫前、矫正中及解矫前各个阶段社会调查内容的具体建议，提出了提高调查人员素质及获得社会公众对调查工作的理解和支持的具体措施，以期对我国的社区矫正工作有所裨益。

On the Social Investigation System of Juvenile Community Correction

The present situation of social investigation of juvenile offenders community correction in China was analyzed based on the empirical research at some judicial offices, much literature and comparative study on community correction modes all over the country. The results show that there are some outstanding problems, the quality of social investigators of juvenile community correction should be promoted, the accuracy of the results should be raised, work implementation is lack of so- cial understanding and supporting, etc. Detailed methods and measures were proposed to response the current situation, such as to perfect social survey content in three stages of before-correction, middle- correction and relieve-correction and to improve the quality of social investigators to gain the public＇s well-understanding.
