新农村建设中农民精神文化需求的调查与思考——以山东省胶南市为例

调查显示，随着新农村建设步伐的加快，胶南市农民群体精神文化生活呈现出新的特点：需求日趋高涨，但差异性明显；生活日趋丰富，但单调性突出；认知意愿增强，但制约因素较多；主流是健康向上的，但不良文化冲击较大。农民对“知识武装”、“专业技能”、“资金投入”、“文化自办”、“文化下乡”、“文化带头人”等精神文化需求尤为迫切。因而，在新农村建设中，必须提高对农民精神文化建设的重视程度；加大财政投入；丰富文化产品；加强对农民的教育培训和农村文化队伍建设的扶持引导；多层次开展群众性文化创建活动。

Investigation of Farmers' Spiritual and Cultural Demand in New Countryside Construction and Reflections on It——Taking Jiaonan City of Shandong Province as an Examle

This investigation shows that with the speeding up of the new countryside construction, farmers＇group spiritual and cultural life in Jiaonan municipality has shown new features：the demand tends to be heavy but with visible difference;the life has become increasingly rich and colorful but with prominent flatness;the desire for cognition is growing stronger, but restraining factors are rich;the mainstream is healthy and upward, but the unhealthy culture has caused comparatively severe shocks. Farmers＂ spiritual and cultural demand for ＂ acquisition of knowledge＂, ＂professional skills＂ , ＂capital input＂ , ＂self managing culture＂ ,＂ coming to village culture＂ and ＂cultural leaders＂ is especially urgent. Therefore, in the new countryside construction, it is necessary to attach greater importance to farmers＂ spiritual and cultural construction, to enhance fiscal input, to enrich cultural products, to reinforce education and training of farmers as well as support and guidance of the rural cultural staff＇s quality improvement, and to promote multilevel mass activities to cultivate culture.
