| Abstract: | Through positive analysis on the pertinent cases of the WTO disputes settlement,this paper reviews the evolutive course of amicus curiae's intervention and development in the WTO disputes settlement proceedings,and briefly evaluates the correlative practices of the Panel and Appellate Body of WTO.The author also compendiously recommends the new development of the rules about amicus curiae in the Doha Round and its possible trend in the future. |
