| 摘 要： | 论文首先阐述了中国大陆公共交通企业目前因为主要由国企垄断经营,在成本上升、客源下降的情况下,正逐渐引入市场竞争机制,如公共交通线路的招标与竞拍等。接着探讨和归纳了欧洲几个典型国家公共交通经济体制改革的不同模式和各种模式的优缺点及它们走入误区的教训。最后在分析和借鉴中国香港公共交通经济体制模式的基础上,提出了中国大陆公共交通经济体制的改革目标和措施的战略构想。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates that the public transportation enterprises in Chinese Mainland are gradually introducing market mechanism,such as invitation public bidding and vendue.Because these enterprises are mainly managed by the state,they are currently under the circumstance of cost-rising and passenger-descending.Then the paper discusses the different modes of public transportation system reform in some typical European countries,with all their advantages and defects.Also it introduces the lessons that these countries have undergone.Finally the paper brings forward the targets and measures of Chinese Mainland's economic system reform in public transportation on the basis of analyzing and using the reference of Hong Kong's economic system mode in public transportation. |
