| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,人们对健康的质量要求愈来愈髙。作为当代护士,要做好人类的健康使者,就必须提高自身的护理质量。然而,如何提高护理质量,维护和促进人类的健康呢?笔者认为:一要从"普遍联系"和"永恒发展"的立场出发,看待健康,履行护理工作的使命。二要用"联系"和"发展"的观点,协调好各种医疗关系。三要将"联系"和"发展"的观点贯彻于护理工作的全过程。

| Abstract: | With the social development,people are increasingly concerning about the quality of their health.It is critical for one who acts as a qualified nurse to improve her professional skill.But how to improve the service and promote people's health? The essay gives three points about it as followings: to treat the mission of nurse in terms of general co-relation and perpetual development;to harmonize the various relations in medical fields,and to implement the concept of general co-relation and development in the whole process of treating the patient. |
