| 摘 要： | 在市场经济的冲击下高校教师职业道德出现了一些值得关注的问题,要加强高校教师职业道德建设高校教师必须自觉加强职业道德修养;同时社会也应该提供良好的环境,建立完善的师德培养机制。这样才能使我国高校教育朝着良性发展,构建和谐社会。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in college teachers' professional moral which is worthy of study in the society of marcket economy.In order to strengthen the construction of professional moral,college teachers must improve the education of their own moral accomplishment,and our society should also provide good surroundings and set up complete system of training teachers moral.If so,our college teaching will have good development and help to build a harmonious society. |
