摘    要:互联网时代,形形色色的谣言充斥着网络空间,严重污染了网络空间生态环境,对大学生的健康成长产生了不利影响.大学生网络谣言辨识力的提升既是时代诉求,也是大学生全面发展的必然要求.它旨在提升大学生的网络谣言识别、鉴别和自觉抵制的能力,使大学生在知谣、辨谣后能及时地辟谣、止谣,做到不信谣、不传谣和不造谣.这是一个系统工程,需要在坚持政治导向、民主平等和知行统一原则的前提下进行.家长、学校和社会应共同配合,把握大学生网络谣言辨识力提升的难点和重点,增强大学生提升网络谣言辨识力的主观能动性,优化网络空间环境,主客观因素共同作用,从认知、情感和行为三个层面逐步展开、循序渐进,逐渐形成大学生网络谣言辨识力提升的有效联动机制.

Abstract:In the Internet age, the cyberspace is filled with all kinds of rumors, which seriously pollutes the ecological environment of cyberspace and adversely affects the healthy growth of college students. The improvement of college students'' Internet rumor identification ability is not only the demand of the times, but also the inevitable requirement of the all-round development of college students. It aims to improve the ability of college students to recognize, identify and consciously resist Internet rumors, so that college students refute and stop rumors in time after knowing and distinguishing them, and do not believe, spread, and make rumors. This is a systematic project that needs to be carried out on the premise of adhering to the principles of political orientation, democratic equality, and the unity of knowledge and action. This process requires the cooperation of parents, schools and society to grasp the difficulties and key points of improvement, not only to enhance the subjective initiative of college students to improve their recognition of Internet rumors, but also to optimize the cyberspace environment. Subjective and objective factors work together to gradually develop from the three levels of cognition, emotion and behavior to promote the formation of an effective linkage mechanism to enhance college students'' ability to identify Internet rumors.
