高校学术期刊发展战略思考——兼评高校学术期刊发展研究状况

目前高校学术期刊发展研究虽取得了一些成绩,但仍需从顶层设计、长远规划等全局、整体和战略高度进一步深化研究,以推动高校学术期刊发展。当前的首要任务是要解决以下问题:期刊运行体制机制的改革;期刊质量的提升;期刊经营模式的专业化、集约化、数字化转型;期刊"走出去"战略的实施。要想取得突破性进展,需要扩大研究视野,注重典型分析和实地调研,要突破对国外学术期刊经验的简单介绍或照搬,分析中国期刊生态环境并与实际相结合,从而推动高校学术期刊发展。

On the Development Strategy of University Academic Journals

In spite of the achievements attained in the researches on the development of university academic journals, further researches should be made on the overall and strategic level such as top-level design and long-term planning. The top priorities include the following issues： the reform of journal operation mechanism, the enhancing of journal quality, the professional, intensive and digital transformation of the business pattern, and the implementation of the ＂going out strategy＂. To make a breakthrough and promote the development of the journals, we should expand our research fields, pay more attention to the typical analysis and empirical investigation, and make integration between the experiences of the overseas and the China＇s realities.
