| 摘 要： | 确立未决囚犯的无罪防范处遇是现代法治社会的必然要求,而其处遇实现则依赖于未决囚犯监狱管理体制和结构.变革侦押合一未决罪犯监狱管理体制对完善我国监狱制度具有重大意义.

| Abstract: | It's necessary for a mordern society ruled by law to establish a position of no guilty on guard for a prisoner awaiting for trial. But establishing the position lies on the management system and organization of relevant prisons. It's meaningful to change the united management system of investigation and detainer of these prisoners in the promotion of our country's prison system. |
