| 摘 要： | 建立检察一体化工作机制的框架,主要涉及检察机关组织系统的重建和检察官内部工作机制的重构两个方面的改革。在现行检察机关领导体制下,检察机关首先要在工作机制层面实行"检察工作一体化"。推进检察工作一体化,有利于增强法律监督合力,提高抗干扰能力,推动和谐检察工作机制建设的进程。

| Abstract: | Setting up the frame of the integrated working mechanism of procuratorial work,mainly involves the reforms of two respects which procuratorial organ's organizing systematic reconstruct and working mechanism within the procurator reconstruction.Under the current leadership structure of procuratorial organ,the procuratorial organ should implement procuratorial work to integrate on the aspect of working mechanism first,which help to strengthen the joint efforts of legal supervision,improve anti-interference ability and promote the process of construction of harmonious procuratorial work. |
