工程项目中信任、合作与项目管理绩效的关系——基于关系治理视角

以关系治理理论为基础,引入合作作为中介变量,对国内129个工程项目发包人和承包人进行了问卷调查。调查发现,中国管理情景下能力信任与诚信信任对工程项目管理绩效具有积极促进作用,且合作在其中发挥了部分中介变量的作用;制度信任对合作及工程项目管理绩效的影响并不显著。认为,推广声誉信息发布平台、优化招标文件设计、完善项目沟通机制可作为提高工程项目中承发包双方的信任与合作,最终改进项目管理绩效的主要途径。

Relationship between Trust, Cooperation and Project Management Performance:from Perspective of Relational Governance

Taking relational governance as theoretical basis, introducing cooperation as a mediating variable,and based on the analysis of the questionnaire collected from 129 owners and contractors in China, we found that competence trust and integrity trust have positive roles in promoting improvement of construction project management performance, and cooperation is the partial mediating factor between those two kinds of trust and construction project management performance. The relationship between institutional trust and cooperation and construction project management performance is not significant. Based on the conclusions above, we propose that promoting the reputation of information publishing platform, optimizing the tender documents and improving project communication mechanisms can be used as the main way to motivate trust and cooperation between the two sides in contract projects, and ultimately improve project management performance.
